Project & Construction Management of Office and Commercial tower in Sofia, Bulgaria. The building is composed of a platform for commercial use, there are shops, a bank, restaurants, etc and an office tower of 18 floors. The total internal surface is of 36.000 sqm: 17.000sqm for office, 3.400 for commercial use and the remaining for underground parks.
