Project Info
Panorama by Elie Saab Maison operates as a thirty-storey study in coastal behaviour. Its massing rejects the linear and the abrupt, instead borrowing the logic of a sea-worn stone—edges dissolved, surfaces in continuous negotiation with wind and light. The building’s curvature is less an aesthetic gesture than a reading of the shoreline itself, a way of letting the coastal atmosphere script the geometry.
More than 500 residences are arranged as a calibrated field of outlooks, extending sightlines and daylight deep into the plan. Pools, terraces, and wellness spaces form a slow vertical sequence, allowing leisure to migrate across levels rather than remain fixed. Retail and fitness programmes anchor the base, introducing an inhabited threshold that mediates between the city, the tower, and the waterfront.
The project frames living as an ongoing exchange with climate and context, proposing a residential typology defined not by height but by the soft, persistent forces that shape it.
