Our management systems are certified to international standards and are a concrete tool for constantly monitoring and improving our processes, our performance and the way we operate.

Our Code of Ethics sets out the principles and values that guide our decisions and the way we work, helping to build a corporate culture founded on legality, responsibility and trust.
Pool Engineering has also adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, as part of its governance system and of the safeguards designed to prevent risk and to promote conduct consistent with the Company’s ethical and legal principles.

Pool Engineering ha inoltre adottato un Modello di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo ai sensi del D.Lgs. 231/2001, quale parte del proprio sistema di governance e dei presidi finalizzati alla prevenzione dei rischi e alla promozione di comportamenti coerenti con i principi etici e di legalità della Società.
