BRABUS Island is an iconic residential community, the largest branded residence project in Abu Dhabi in 2025. The design is based on the BRABUS one-second-wow strategy, infusing German precision with our Italian engineering and elegance.

The project consists of a large residential community centred around a single roundabout, surrounded by 4 towers and around 100 villas.
