We do not appoint a Data Protection Officer because our activities do not require one under the GDPR.
2. Personal data we process
We design and host a purely informational portfolio website ( https://pooleng.it ).
We do not collect, store or otherwise process any personal data about site visitors.
There are no contact forms, mailing-lists, e-commerce checkouts, analytics scripts, social-media pixels or embedded third-party trackers.
3. Cookies
Our site places only one category of cookie:

5. Security measures
Although we hold no visitor data, we still secure our infrastructure by:
- Forcing HTTPS across the site (TLS encryption in transit)
- Limiting administrator access with strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication
- Keeping the WordPress core, themes and plug-ins patched promptly
- Running regular malware and vulnerability scans with our hosting provider
6. Your rights
As we do not process your personal data, most GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection) do not apply.
If you believe we are inadvertently processing information about you, please contact us at info@pooleng.it and we will respond without undue delay.
7. Third-party websites
Our website may contain links to external sites we do not control. This privacy statement does not cover those sites; please review their respective policies.
8. Changes to this statement
We may update this privacy statement to reflect changes in the law or our practices. The “last updated” date at the top will always show when the latest revision took effect.

If you consider that our handling of personal data (if any) infringes data-protection law, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (GPDP).
