The project is located in an area of 23,650 m² southeast of Mestre, between the Salso and Osellino canals, offering an opportunity to reshape the urban and environmental landscape. It includes the construction of two autonomous sectors: a commercial building in the northwest part, connected to via Amerigo Vespucci by a roundabout, and a residential building along Viale San Marco. The project also involves the reclamation of a previously abandoned green area, returning it to the community.
