The project transforms Cortina’s former railway station into a vibrant urban square, integrating public services, residences, commercial spaces, and multipurpose areas. New buildings in wood and stone blend into the Alpine landscape, following LEED standards. The redevelopment enhances local identity, reduces surface traffic, and gives the town back a lively, contemporary, and well-integrated space.
