Nel 2011 Pool Engineering, in JV con altri specialisti, ha ottenuto l’incarico per la progettazione della nuova Cittadella della Salute di Treviso attraverso la ristrutturazione di alcuni edifici e la nuova costruzione di altri per ottenere la completa ristrutturazione e adeguamento funzionale dell’intero ospedale. L’obbiettivo è realizzare una nuova struttura sanitaria con la potenzialità di 998 posto letto e 3.200 posti auto che sia subito funzionale per fasi, minimizzando le interferenze, garantendo la piena funzionalità e la sicurezza in ogni fase di cantiere. Un intero team si è dedicato a questo lavoro, e in ogni fase decisionale, come in ogni modifica di progetto il tema della fattibilità tecnica e temporale è stato tenuto costantemente monitorato. L’intervento compressivo ricopre un’area di più di 167.000 mq nella quale si sviluppano 90.000 mq di nuove strutture, 57.000 mq di ristrutturazioni, raggiungimento dello standard LEED Italia e l’utilizzo di risorse sostenibili. Il progetto è eseguito completamente in BIM.

In 2011, Pool Engineering, in JV with other specialists, was awarded the task of designing the new “Health’s Town” of Treviso through the renovation of some buildings and the new construction of others to obtain the complete restructuring and functional adaptation of the entire hospital. The goal is to create a new health facility with the potential of 998 beds and 3,200 parking spaces that is immediately functional in phases, minimizing interference, ensuring full functionality and safety at every stage of the construction site. An entire team has dedicated itself to this work, and in every decision-making phase, as in any project modification, the issue of technical and temporal feasibility has been constantly monitored. The compressive intervention covers an area of ​​more than 167,000 square meters in which 90,000 square meters of new structures are developed, 57,000 square meters of renovation, achievement of the LEED Italy standard and the use of sustainable resources. The project is completely executed in BIM.
